Sean is an owner, coach, and chiropractor at Wells Street CrossFit. His athletic background includes an impressive 14 years playing rugby at a high school, collegiate, and club level. He discovered CrossFit as a way to stay fit and recover from injuries during the off-season. “I started Wells Street CrossFit as a platform for people who were interested in challenging themselves to get fit and reach their full athletic potential.”
As a fitness professional, Sean gets excited teaching members about the function and biomechanics of the human body. Using chiropractic care, he educates his patients/athletes on injury prevention as well as treatment. His goal is to help others increase their overall fitness and achieve new and improved personal records.
