Josh is a coach at Wells Street CrossFit who grew up swimming, playing rugby, as well as running track and competing at a national level (in England). A few years ago, he moved to the United States and found CrossFit. Prior to becoming a CrossFit coach, Josh taught high school physical education. Like Stephen, combining his love of fitness with his experience teaching was a natural progression. Josh loves meeting and getting to know the members of our community. It’s a vital part of the training process. He’s invested in their success and pushes them to do more and do better.
